Tex finished his ASCA Championship on July 4th, 2009. He took a 5 point major and BOW in the morning under Stephanie Shope and then a 3 point major in the afternoon under Jan Cherne. Tex finished with 17 points and 4 majors! Tex is beautifully trained and handled by Richard Fundom.
His first full weekend out as a special, Tex went Best of Breed under Peggy Albertson, Joan Skinner and Leslie Sorenson on August 8 and 9, 2009.
Tex is AKC pointed and has taken a Best of Breed.
Tex and Richard are also excelling in the agility ring. Tex finished his Excellent standard title in three tries!
Tex lives with and is co-owned with Richard Fundom and Richard Sprague of Newport Aussies in Denver, CO.
